Intensives Goldgelb für das Auge. Honig, kandierte Früchte, Akazienblüten, Aprikosen und Pfirsiche, dann Minze und Anklänge an tropische Früchte: Das Bouquet, das sich in der Nase entfaltet, ist komplex und reichhaltig. Der Geschmack ist ebenso befriedigend und überhaupt nicht vorhersehbar, samtig und delikat, ausgewogen und anhaltend.

Der ideale Begleiter für

Er passt gut zu Fisch, Meeresfrüchten und Muschelgerichten. Hervorragend zu Muscheln und gratinierten Cannolicchi.
