Tasting Notes

The Audoy family, owners of Château Cos Labory, thanks to investments in technology – especially the new cellar – has been able to bring this domaine between the excellences of Saint-Estèphe. The score of 16/20 points Jancis Robinson for the 2021 vintage is proof of a result of great depth, in which balance and pleasure meet. The tannin of cabernet sauvignon (60% in this blend) already has a well-developed texture. One of its strengths is the great value for money. A real opportunity.
